Peipei Zhou is now a tenure-track assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh, Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Peipei received her Ph.D. in Computer Science under supervision of Prof. Cong in August 2019. She received her M.S. degree under supervision of Prof. Cong on June. 2014 and B.S. degree from Chien-Shiung Wu Honors College of Southeast University, Nanjing, China on June, 2012.  

Her research interests lie in architecture and programming, performance and energy model for customized computing. She is involved in research projects including customized computing for precision medicine, deep learning, and accelerator-rich architectures.
She has received “Outstanding Recognition in Research” from UCLA Samueli School of Engineering in 2019. Her works have received the 2019 Best Paper Award from IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Circuits and Systems, Best Paper Nominees in 2018 ISPASS, 2018 ICCAD.
