In celebrating the 25th anniversary of the FPGA Symposium, which took place February 22nd through 24th in Monterey, California, ACM/SIGDA TCFPGA initiated the FPGA and Reconfigurable Computing Hall of Fame program at the symposium.
The paper entitled “FlowMap: An Optimal Technology Mapping Algorithm for Delay Optimization in Lookup-Table Based FPGA Designs” by Prof. Jason Cong and his former PhD student Dr. Eugene Ding published in IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, 1994, was inducted to the inaugural class of the Hall of Fame (http://hof.tcfpga.org).
