The paper entitled “Thermal-Driven Multilevel Routing for 3-D ICs,” co-authored by Prof. Jason Cong and his former PhD student Dr. Yan Zhang is selected as the 10-Year Retrospective Most Influential Paper in the 2015 Asia South-Pacific Design Automation Conference (ASPDAC 2015). The award was presented at the opening ceremony of ASPDAC’15 on Jan. 20, 2015 in Chiba/Tokyo, Japan.
